Raman Agarwal is President & CEO of Akran Marketing, which he founded in 1997. Akran was built on principles of quality, consistency and communication.

Raman has worked hard to develop strong relationships with suppliers, clients and the community. He is an award winning entrepreneur with a great passion to help people achieve their marketing goals with successful promotions.

He also serves on many charitable boards such as Habitat for Humanity, the Children's Wish Foundation and the Better Business Bureau.

Raman has a big heart when it comes to corporate giving, and to that end he created the Akran Foundation (akranfoundation.com), through which he supports many local and national causes.

Monica Channa is Akran's Executive Director of Operations. Monica's entrepreneurial skills and business experience have been key elements in the company's growth and continued success. She is charismatic and dedicated to providing excellent customer experiences.

In 2010 she was honoured as one of Canada's Top 100 Most Powerful Women. Monica trained and now manages Akran Marketing's Customer Service and Research Associates centre.

Her work with clients and suppliers has earned their highest praise. Monica is also able to dedicate some of her spare time as a volunteer, and she is actively involved in women's business issues.
